People need to make sure they get good quality sleep if they
want to be successful in business.

This is the assertion made by president and editor-in-chief at The
Huffington Post Media Group Arianna Huffington, who noted it is the
best way to ensure people are refreshed and ready for the day
ahead.

Creativity, ingenuity, confidence and leadership are just some of
the skills that can be negatively affected by poor slumber, she
added.

Because of this, anyone struggling to nod off at night might want
to purchase a new bed and mattress to ensure they are getting
maximum comfort.

Dr Stuart Quan and Dr Russell Sanna from Harvard Medical School's
Division of Sleep Medicine said that higher-level cognitive
functions will be harmed by sleep deprivation.

Indeed, Ms Huffington thinks there is not one element of workplace
performance that cannot be improved by a person having a good
sleeping pattern.
