After studying biomechanics at the University of Central Lancashire, Hannah initially joined Silentnight Group, the UK’s most trusted sleep brand, to understand how mattresses support our bodies during sleep.
This then evolved to studying how certain mattresses perform in real life sleep environments.
More recently Hannah is studying Sleep Medicine at Oxford University, this gives her a broad knowledge of the neurological side of sleep alongside the physical aspects.

Deputy head teacher, Zarach founder
Bex is the Deputy Head Teacher of the largest primary school in Leeds. Her school is in one of the most deprived wards in the city where rates of Free School Meal eligibility are more than double the national average. In 2017 Bex came face to face with bed poverty and in 2018 she founded the charity Zarach.
In November 2021 ‘The story of Zed Ted’ Bex’s first children’s book, (originally written for a school assembly) was published and the same day, Bex began her National Professional Qualification for Headship studies.
