how to return a product
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your mattress or divan purchase and wish to return the item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Beyond 14 days we’re unable to offer a full refund. However, with our mattresses and divan sets, you can take advantage of our 60 Night Comfort Guarantee and exchange the product for another if you purchased directly from our website.
All mattresses are made to order and we aim to deliver within 14 days of receiving your order. However, our mattress in a box ranges - including Studio by Silentnight and Mattress Now - are available with next working day delivery.
Accessories & Bedding in stock, standard delivery is between 7 - 14 working days. Express Mattresses are delivered within 72 hours of ordering. Mattress, Divans & Headboards is stated on order confirmation, minimum 14 days from ordering.
Certain postcode areas including Northern Ireland & Channel Islands can take longer to deliver. The couriers will contact to confirm a delivery date directly.

In the unfortunate event you experience manufacturing issues - such as faulty materials or workmanship that doesn't meet our high standards - we offer a 3 or 5 year guarantee depending on the product you've purchased.
Our comfort exchange gives you 60 nights to get really comfortable before making a decision. If you're still not loving your new mattress within 60 nights from delivery, you can exchange it for another mattress. It's as simple as that.
The guarantee starts as soon as your divan bed or mattresses is delivered to your home.
Products not purchased from silentnight.co.uk, exchanges based on size & colour, damaged products, mattress used for less than 28 nights (it can take a little time to adjust to a new mattress) or more than 60 nights.
You can return a bed or headboard within 14 days of receipt for a full refund if the care guidelines have been followed - as outlined in the guarantee booklet.
Please return the item, unopened, to Customer Service Team, Benross Ltd., Benross House, Bridge Industrial Estate, Speke Hall Road, Liverpool, L24 9WD. Package and return costs to be covered by the purchaser.
