If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your mattress or divan purchase and wish to return the item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Beyond 14 days we’re unable to offer a full refund. However, with our mattresses and divan sets, you can take advantage of our sleep trial and exchange the product for another if you purchased directly from our website. Learn more on our guarantees page.

All mattresses are made to order and we aim to deliver within 21 days of receiving your order. However, our just sleep range is currently delivered in 10 days.

Bed frames will be delivered within 10 days of ordering, your courier will contact you to confirm exact delivery date.

Certain postcode areas including Northern Ireland & Channel Islands can take longer to deliver. The couriers will contact to confirm a delivery date directly. Restricted postcode areas cannot offer assembly or disposal.

Our comfort exchange gives you 60 nights to get really comfortable before making a decision. If you're still not loving your new mattress within 60 nights from delivery, you can exchange it for another mattress. It's as simple as that.

The guarantee starts as soon as your divan bed or mattresses is delivered to your home.

Products not purchased from silentnight.co.uk, exchanges based on size & colour, damaged products, warranty exchanges, mattress used for less than 28 nights, or more than 60 nights.

The exchange can only be used once per purchase of a product. This means if you decide to trial a product you have bought, & you decide to exchange it for another product, then the trial cannot be applied to the second product.

No, the exchange can only be used once per purchase of a product, as is only available with new products, not previous exchanges. This applies to products exchanged under the 60 night guarantee or the 365 night trial – only one exchange is permitted.
