How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £49. Orders of or under £49 will come with a £2.50 delivery charge.
What happens before and during delivery?

You can expect the following steps to take place after you’ve placed your order:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your order.
- The night before delivery our delivery team will contact you either by text or email to confirm a 4 hour delivery window.
- On the day, our delivery team will call you to let you know when they’re just an hour away.
- When our two-man delivery team arrives they’ll take your new mattress or bed to the room of your choice and remove any packaging.*
* Next day delivery items are doorstop delivery only, so assembly, removal of packaging and recycle services are not available. Next day is the next working day Monday to Friday ONLY
* No courier contact with next day delivery
* Headboard only purchases are doorstop delivery only
* Bedding orders will be delivered separately, please allow 5 – 7 days for delivery (in the event you are not happy with the purchase, you can return the item, unopened, to Customer Service Team, Comfy Quilts Ltd., Hanson Point, Hanson Close, Middleton M24 2HD. Cost to be covered by the purchaser.

How long does it take to deliver a Silentnight bed and/or mattress?

Silentnight beds and mattresses are handmade to order, so it can take up to 5 weeks to deliver. Please check the individual product pages for accurate delivery times of your chosen product.
However, there are a few exceptions to this. Our Studio and Mattress-Now ranges are both available for next day delivery and come rolled, boxed and delivered to your door.
Postcode Areas with a longer delivery time:
The below postcodes areas will be subject to a longer delivery lead time. You will also be notified at the checkout if your postcode is included:
- All CA, LA, AB, DD, IV, KW & PH areas
- PA17 – PA19
- PA19 – PA69
- PA70 – PA77
- All HS, ZE, GY, JE & BT areas
Do you offer next day delivery?

Selected items, such as the Studio by Silentnight and Mattress-Now ranges, come with next day delivery. Our set-up and package removal services aren’t included with next day delivery.
*Next day is counted as ‘next working day’, Monday to Friday only and not including bank holidays.
What times do you deliver?

The majority of Silentnight products are delivered between Tuesday and Saturday, 7am-8pm.
Do you deliver to outside the UK?

No, we only deliver within the UK.
What if the product delivered isn’t what I expected?

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt:
Mattresses, divans and headboards - You can return a bed or mattress within 14 days of receipt for a full refund if the care guidelines have been followed - as outlined in the guarantee booklet.
Bedding - Please return the item, unopened, to Customer Service Team, Comfy Quilts Ltd., Hanson Point, Hanson Close, Middleton M24 2HD. package and return costs to be covered by the purchaser.
Air treatment, heating and cooling devices - Please return the item, unopened, to Customer Service Team, Benross Ltd., Benross House, Bridge Industrial Estate, Speke Hall Road, Liverpool, L24 9WD. Package and return costs to be covered by the purchaser.
What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please contact us immediately and if the damage has been caused in transit we will for arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Our take-back/removal service

Mattresses and beds that are to be removed must be located in a safe, non-hazardous and accessible area that’s not dangerous to enter in the opinion of our delivery operatives.
Please be aware we cannot use this service on Next Day Delivery items
Additionally, any bed frames must be fully dismantled prior to collection.
Returns
How do I return a product?

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return the item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Mattresses, divans and headboards - please contact us. Provided you have not slept or used on the product, we would arrange for carriers to come and collect your product. Once we have received the item, a full refund will be issued using the payment method you paid with. Alternatively we can also offer you store credit to the value of the item.
Bedding - Please return the item, unopened, to Customer Service Team, Comfy Quilts Ltd., Hanson Point, Hanson Close, Middleton M24 2HD. package and return costs to be covered by the purchaser.
Air treatment, heating and cooling devices - Please return the item, unopened, to Customer Service Team, Benross Ltd., Benross House, Bridge Industrial Estate, Speke Hall Road, Liverpool, L24 9WD. Package and return costs to be covered by the purchaser.
Beyond 14 days we’re unable to offer a full refund. However, with our mattresses and divan sets, you can take advantage of our 60 Night Comfort Guarantee and exchange the product for another if you purchased directly from our website.
How do I exchange a product?

It can take a little while to become well acquainted with your mattress, which is why we offer a total peace of mind 60 night comfort guarantee.
If for any reason you’re not totally satisfied with your new bed or mattress, we’ll exchange it for an alternative bed or mattress of your choice - as long as you contact us within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that any exchange made under the Silentnight product guarantee is not covered by the 60 night comfort guarantee.
What if the product delivered isn’t what I expected?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the mattress. We will arrange for the collection of the mattress, after which we’ll then refund you the full amount. Alternatively we can also offer you a store credit to the value of the item.
