How do I return a mattress? We accept returns in the following situations:
You've received the wrong product and contacted us within 14 days
You've received a faulty product and contacted us within 14 days
To return your product, you need to follow these steps:
Call our customer service team on: 0333 123 0892 to let us know you want to return your mattress.
You'll then be contacted by Panther, our carrier, to arrange a pick-up and 2 hour time slot the night before collection
When we've received the mattress, we'll process your refund.
My bed or mattress is faulty. What should I do? If you’ve received a faulty product, then contact our customer service team through live chat or on 0333 123 0892 within 14 days.
What should I expect from my new mattress? Chances are that the springs and upholstery in your current mattress are not what they used to be, so your new mattress may seem a little strange at first.
Please allow time for your body to adjust and the mattress to settle and you will be sure to receive a great night's sleep.
What happens if the product I ordered is not what I expected? If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. After we have received the product back, we will then refund you in full.
(This applies to mattresses, beds & headboards)
How do i return bedding & pet beds? If unused please contact the Customer Service Team, within 14 days, for a returns link (Package and returns costs to be covered by the purchaser).
We accept returns of unwanted items, that are unopened, within 28 days of delivery.
If the bedding item has a fault, please contact the customer service team, within 28 days, with photos of the issue, who will arrange a free returns link for you. Once the item has been received back and processed a refund or replacement will be arranged as speedily as possible.
Due to hygiene reasons, unwanted bedding items cannot be returned for refund once used.
How do i return accessories? Air treatment, heating and cooling devices -
Please return the item, unopened, to Customer Service Team, Benross Ltd., Benross House, Bridge Industrial Estate, Speke Hall Road, Liverpool, L24 9WD. Package and return costs to be covered by the purchaser.
