Q : We've had a memory foam
for a month now, unfortunately my other half is not
enjoying it, and its disturbing his sleep. The shop where we bought
it won't refund/replace, what can you suggest? Do you accept
returns direct?


A : Your contract of sale is with the retailer, from whom you
purchased the mattress. However, unless there is a manufacturing
defect (or theretailer advertisers a refund policy) you will not be
entitled to a replacement by either the retailer or
ourselves.Comfort is very subjective and this does sound like a
comfort issue rather than a manufacturing fault. However, if you do
feel that the mattress is faulty please refer to our guarantee
T&Cs supplied with the mattress. These are also available to
