Q : We purchased one of your mattresses via Argos on-line on the
26 April 2012. The mattress arrived and everything is Ok except we
do not have any prove of the guarantee as we have had in the past.
We have always had to submit a form with our details. There was no
form with the delivery this time. Can you please confirm that
everything is in order and if we need to take any further action.
A : We can confirm that providing you keep your proof of
purchase and follow the care guidelines supplied your mattress will
be covered under the terms of the guarantee, without the necessity
to complete any further documentation.
