The common term ‘sunbed wars’ has been passed around over the years, similarly to the ‘towel wars’, with regular holiday goers expressing their disappointment when they cannot secure a sun bed during their time abroad. And we get it; there is nothing more frustrating than paying for a holiday and not being able to take advantage of all the luxuries it's got to offer.
Having to make the 6am dash before breakfast to guarantee yourself a sunbed is not what a holiday is about; especially if it ends up making you feel anxious when attempting the task. With an overall 61% of holidaymakers fed up with the conflict of sunbed wars, we’ve decided to partner with On The Beach to put a stop to this once and for all.

The ‘towel wars’ also refer to the tension met with trying to reserve a spot around the pool. This is where holidaymakers rush to secure their loungers very early in the morning by placing towels on their chosen bed. Scraps have even been known to break out.

Before we delve into our solution to the problem, we asked holiday and sleep experts their thoughts on the matter of sunbed wars.
