In the unfortunate event you experience manufacturing issues - such as faulty materials or workmanship that doesn't meet our high standards - we offer a 5 year guarantee on mattresses and divan bases, and 2 years on Mattress & Pillow Protectors.
Our range of hospitality mattresses are developed and tested to withstand the rigours of hospitality and contract life. However, it is still important to care for your mattress to protect and prolong the life of your investment.
Our installation team are well equipped to assist you if you are looking for a full installation service. We can work with your team to identify a logistics plan that works for you.
On delivery, we can remove our packaging and take it away with us – which means less disturbance for you, more recycling for us!
As part of our installation service, we can also take away your old beds and mattresses to be recycled. Working with our recycling partners, we make sure no mattress components go to landfill.
We can perform site visits and audits where we can advise on the condition of your mattresses and beds.
We also offer next day delivery on a number of our key lines and sizes to ensure you are supported in the event of accidents.
