To make life easier we offer two simple payment plans:

Pay later

Sleep now, pay later.

For orders between £50 and £100, you can buy your items and then delay payment for up to 30 days to help you manage your finances the easy way.

Don’t worry, Klarna will also let you know when you need to pay via email. You can then easily make your payment online at klarna.com or in the Klarna app.

Pay in 3

This lets you pay for your items in 3 equal interest-free instalments for orders between £100 and £1000.

We will charge your card for the first 1/3 of the total amount when you place your order.

30 days and 60 days later, we will let you know and then automatically charge your card 1/3 each time until the full amount has been paid.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment provider that was founded in 2005 and provides payment solutions for over 60 million people across 90,000 merchants in 14 countries.

Am I eligible?

If you tick all these boxes, Klarna is the payment method for you:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a UK payment credit or debit card
  • Have a UK residential address

What do I need to apply?

When you pay with Klarna, just make sure you have the following:

  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • Payment card details

How do I manage my Klarna account?

Log in to the customer portal at Klarna.com or download the klarna app to review your purchases and settle your monthly statement.

Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No payment information is transferred to us or held by us. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

Will a credit search take place against me?

No; the 'Pay later in 30 days' and 'Pay in 3' services don't require an external credit check.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

As soon as Silentnight has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to your Klarna account balance.

What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?

Once Silentnight has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed.

I haven’t received an email with my statement/payment information.

If you do not have your statement number to hand you can log in at www.klarna.com/uk, where you will find all of your orders and be able to make payments.

We deliver most items between Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.

How much is delivery for orders under £49?

Orders of or under £49 will come with a £2.50 delivery charge.

60 night comfort exchange

Our comfort exchange gives you 60 nights to get really comfortable before making a decision. If you're still not loving your new mattress within 60 nights from delivery, you can exchange it for another mattress. It's as simple as that.

Here's how it works:

  1. Pick your new mattress on the official Silentnight website
  2. Sleep on it for at least 28 nights as it can take a little time to adjust to a new mattress
  3. If you're not happy after the initial 28 nights you can exchange it for a new mattress, as long as you claim within 60 nights of delivery
