How does it work?
Our comfort exchange gives you 60 nights to get really comfortable before making a decision. If you're still not loving your new mattress within 60 nights from delivery, you can exchange it for another product. It's as simple as that.
We can't currently process product exchanges in order to safeguard colleagues, customers and our partners. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
However, please contact customer services who can log your claim and resolve your query when the business - and country - resumes normality.
What does the guarantee not include?
The guarantee does not include the following:
Products that haven't been bought at the official store
Any product outside our mattress and divan ranges
Exchanges based on size or colour of the product rather than comfort
Exchanges for damaged products. All exchanged products must have been used in accordance with care instructions provided
Mattresses that have been used for less than 28 nights and more than 60 nights
Can I get a full refund under the 60 night comfort exchange?
No. The 60 night comfort exchange only allows for you to exchange your mattress for another mattress from the Silentnight website.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the product (including any right relating to any faults with the mattress).
What happens if I exchange for a product that's more expensive?
If you wish to exchange your current product for a more expensive item then the additional cost will need to be settled first.
When does the 60 Night Comfort Guarantee begin?
The guarantee starts as soon as your divan bed or mattresses is delivered to your home.
Are there any other charges included?
We don't want you to have any nasty surprises when exchanging your divan bed or mattress.
So you're aware, there are two primary situations where additional charges may be incurred:
Admin charges to cover additional delivery costs and removal of the your original product
If you're exchanging for a more expensive product, you will be required to cover the additional cost
Can I still exchange a product if it has been marked or damaged during the 60 night exchange timescale?
We will not exchange a product that is damaged or marked in any way. The product must be used in accordance with the Care Instructions which are provided with your Product. If the Care Instructions have not been followed we reserve the right to reject any request for an exchange.
Can I use the comfort exchange more than once per purchase?
The 60 Night Comfort Exchange can only be used once per purchase of a product. This means if you decide to use the 60 Night Comfort Exchange on a product you have bought, and you decide to exchange it for another product, then the 60 Night Comfort Exchange cannot be applied to the second product you receive if it is not suitable.

We deliver most items between Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
How much is delivery for orders under £49?
Orders of or under £49 will come with a £2.50 delivery charge.

Sleep on it for at least 28 nights as it can take a little time to adjust to a new mattress
If you're not happy after the initial 28 nights you can exchange it for a new mattress, as long as you claim within 60 nights of delivery
