60 Night Comfort Exchange - Terms and Conditions

At Silentnight we want to be sure that you are satisfied with the comfort of your new bed or mattress which is why we offer a total peace of mind 60 night comfort guarantee. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied we will exchange your purchased bed or mattress for an alternative Silentnight bed or mattress of your choice. We do however ask that you try your new bed for at least four weeks for your body to adjust to your new bed or mattress.

This guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions (and in these terms we refer to the bed or mattress as the "Product"):

  • This guarantee only applies to purchases made through the official Silentnight Online Store and the products within the mattress and divan bed ranges.
  • This guarantee only applies to the comfort of the product and does not cover the height, length, width or colour of your new product.
  • If the product you choose to exchange for your existing product is of a higher price, you must pay the difference in price (however, no refund will be given if the exchange Product chosen is a lower price).
  • In order to claim under this guarantee you will need to contact us on 0333 123 0892 and provide your order number and delivery date.
  • In order to claim under this guarantee you must notify us within 60 days from the date of delivery and have allowed at least 28 days to try the mattress.
  • We will not exchange a product that is damaged or marked in any way. The product must be used in accordance with the Care Instructions which are provided with your Product. If the Care Instructions have not been followed we reserve the right to reject any request for an exchange.
  • At our discretion, an administration charge may be included to cover and additional costs of delivery associated with exchange and removal of the original product. We will only allow one exchange in relation to any particular purchase. No cash alternative will be offered.
  • The guarantee does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the product (including any right relating to any faults with the product).
