delivery
Worried about how you’re going to get your brand-new super-king mattress up the stairs? Don’t be! Our delivery team will get it up to two flights of stairs for you free of charge. Did we mention delivery is also free on orders over £49?

assembly
Concerned about not being able to put your beautiful new bed together? We’ve got your back, as always. Assembly is free of charge on all divan beds (the tricky ones)! And we have a handy assembly guide page on our website for those of you who love DIY.
disposal
Lost on how to dispose of your current mattress? Pay it no mind! In the checkout we offer a recycling service in which we will take your old Silentnight mattress or bed away for you and in an eco-friendly manner, we will recycle it. However, please keep in mind this only applies to non-next day delivery products.
Our mattress disposal service sees mattresses stripped back, metal melted, foam crumpled and repurposed into children’s playmats, while comfort fillings are made into protective clothing. Also, generated waste such as food, foam, paper, card and polythene film all goes to local and national recycling companies and even wood waste and chipboard gets chipped and sent off to make pet bedding.
