Prize: There is 1 prize to be won in total. Prize is one holiday voucher to the value of £1000 (that comprises of a flight and half-board stay at Lyttos Beach Hotel in Crete) (Holiday Voucher) and a Beds By Silentnight Bedframe and Just Sleep™ mattress from www.silentnight.co.uk up to the value of £2,059 (Bedframe & Mattress).
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by the Promoter. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by 15.07.2024 through the email address provided on entry form. The Promoter will notify the winner how to contact the Co-Promoter to redeem the Holiday Voucher. The Prize must be accepted within 1 month of initial contact from the Promoter. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner of the competition but if they are declined by the winner, or if the winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied on their entry form within 28 days of the notification date, a replacement winner will be selected at random at the promoter's discretion and will be notified by the promoter by email. The original entry/nomination will then be forfeited.
The following terms apply to the Holiday Voucher:
The prize is a holiday voucher which is redeemable against a package holiday (that includes a flight and accommodation) for a half-board stay at Lyttos Beach Hotel in Crete which is advertised on the Co-Promoter's website www.onthebeach.co.uk. The Holiday Voucher can be redeemed for a half-board stay on leading room types at Lyttos Beach Hotel in Crete only. Winner must fly from a UK airport. The Holiday Voucher cannot be redeemed against flight only or hotel only bookings nor can it be changed to a different hotel. The Holiday Voucher must be booked and completed by 31 June 2025. If the Holiday Voucher has not been booked, taken up and concluded by this date, the Holiday Voucher shall be deemed forfeited. No extension is possible. Some dates may not be available for the Winner to book which will be made known to the Winner at the time of booking. At least one member of the travelling party must be aged over 18 or over. The Holiday Voucher has a maximum value of £1,000 only. Any cost above this amount is the responsibility of the winner of the Prize and must be paid in full at the time of booking. No alternative payment plan or method shall be available to a winner in any circumstance. If the holiday chosen by the winner amounts to less than the value of the Holiday Voucher, no refund will be given. The winner and their companion(s) are responsible for charges that apply for any food, beverages or services outside of their half-board plan. The Holiday Voucher does not include travel insurance, spending money, any amounts payable locally such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes, ancillaries such as seat reservations and baggage and any other items or expenses not listed in the Holiday Voucher description. All such costs and expenses will be the responsibility of the winner and members of their travelling party. The Holiday Voucher does not include transfers in the UK to or from the chosen UK airport. The winner and their travelling party are responsible for arranging and paying for transfers to and from the chosen UK airport. The winner and their travelling party are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other terms and conditions applicable to the Holiday Voucher. Any bookings made to redeem the Holiday Voucher are also subject to the Co-Promoter’s separate Terms of Business which can be found at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business (“Terms and Conditions”), and the terms and conditions of the suppliers of the flights, accommodation and any transfers which are available on request. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the Holiday Voucher after booking are subject to amendment fees as detailed in the Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Co-Promoter of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the Holiday Voucher, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Once the Co-Promoter has been informed of the winner of the competition by the Promoter, the winner must contact us via winners@onthebeach.co.uk to claim their prize. The Holiday Voucher cannot be redeemed online, it can only be redeemed through making a booking with Co-Promoter by telephone. Any fees or costs associated with or incidental to the acceptance or use of the Holiday Voucher (other than delivery of the same in accordance with these terms) will be the responsibility of the winner. The Holiday Voucher is subject to availability and the Co-Promoter reserves the right to replace the Holiday Voucher with an alternative prize of equal or higher value. The Holiday Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash value. No cash equivalent will be given.
The following terms apply to the Bedframe and Mattress:
It is the Winners responsibility to dispose of any old beds or mattresses.

The decision of the Promoter and Co-Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
