when will my mattress arrive?
Your Sleep Now® mattress will be delivered within 48 hours of your order being received. 48-hour delivery is only available Monday to Friday and orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered the following week.
what is the 60-night sleep trial?
Our Sleep Now® sleep trial gives you up to 60 nights to get comfortable with your new mattress. Starting from the moment it arrives at your door, if you aren’t happy with your Sleep Now® mattress, you can exchange it for another product.
what is the 10-year guarantee?
Our 10-year guarantee on all Sleep Now® products means that, should you experience manufacturing issues within 10 years of your purchase, we promise to repair or replace any part, or all of the product that is affected. We just kindly ask that you follow the care and usage instructions and follow the terms and conditions to this guarantee which are all found in our guarantee booklet.
