Our comfort exchange gives you 60 nights to get really comfortable before making a decision. If you're still not loving your new mattress within 60 nights from delivery, you can exchange it for another mattress. It's as simple as that.

We accept returns in the following situations: You've received the wrong or faulty product and contacted us within 14 days. To return your product, please call our customer service team on: 0333 123 0892 to let us know you want to return your mattress.

Small double: 4' x 6'3" (120cm x 190cm)
Double: 4'6" x 6'3" (135cm x 190cm)
King: 5' x 6'6" (150cm x 200cm)
Super king: 6' x 6'6" (180cm x 200cm)
UltraGel™ is our new and clever comfort layer, offering supreme comfort, and unparalleled pressure relief; it comforts you as you lie down, but bounces back too, allowing you to toss and turn effortlessly without any partner disturbance.
Memory cool is our cooler, sink-in memory foam that still feels just as luxurious but with added graphite infused particles within the foam, allowing heat to dissipate from the body with ease.
Whilst they both provide pressure relief and sink-in comfort, memory cool is 15% cooler than standard memory, as it absorbs heat - enabling a cooler sleep.
In the unfortunate event you experience manufacturing issues - such as faulty materials or workmanship that doesn't meet our high standards - we offer a 5 or 10 year guarantee so you can relax without worries.
All mattresses are made to order and we aim to deliver within 14 days of receiving your order. However, our just sleep range is currently delivered in 48hrs (Mon-Fri)
Our mattress courier offers a mattress removal service for £30. This must be pre-booked, with the old mattress ready for collection on the same day as delivery.
