Q : I purchased a Silentnight Control Heated Underblanket from a
local Argos store. After 2 months of having it, it stopped working.
Because I have no proof of purchase they will not exchange or
refund me the value of the under blanket. I was told simply to get
in touch with Silentnight. This is the 3rd Faulty Silentnight
productI have had and at £30 a go I feel I shall have to move to
another underblanket manufacturer. I have the original packaging
and I was looking to see if I could get an exchange or refund as
you are the manufacturers of the product.

bedding. These products are made under licence by leading bedding
manufacturer Comfy Quilts. Under the data protection act we are

seriously, Comfy Quilts have the facilities to test electric
blankets in the UK - so alternatively you can forward your electric
blanket to the following member of their team and they will conduct
