A comfortable mattress, sheets and other bedding can help
people have a good night's sleep.
This is according to sleep psychologist Dr Michael Breus, who said
the benefits of a welcoming bed should
not be understated.
He pointed out that a survey carried out by the National Sleep
Foundation found that 78 per cent of those questioned get excited
about the prospect of going to bed if they have fresh sheets.
Because of this, people may want to invest in additional sheets
and wash them often in an effort to secure good rest.
Individuals should also think about their bedroom furniture
arrangement as it is important they create the right feel.
According to the Yorkshire Post, the bed needs to be the dearest
acquisition in the room, while people should not be afraid to
invest in a high-quality mattress, as it is likely to be
used for the next seven years.
