You know how important we believe a good night's sleep is,
but we aren't the only ones. Dominating social media this week is
media boss Arianna Huffington, founder of The Huffington Post, with
the release of her new book The Sleep Revolution.

She is encouraging people who think sleep is a waste
of time to change their views. Huffington wrote this book after a
serious wake up call. After running on merely three to four hours
of sleep a day, she collapsed at her home office, breaking her
cheek bone in the process. Now, respecting the importance of sleep,
she wants to influence others to follow in her footsteps. 


The book predicts how the sleep revolution will
gather momentum. In an interview, Arianna said, "It's sort of like
going back and saying, Why did we believe the Earth is flat?".
Huffington believes that in future years we will be surprised by
how disrespectful we were of those precious resting hours. She
believes following her sleep philosophy has allowed her to be more
creative and productive in the work place whilst also having a new
look on life. 


Arianna doesn't only predict the future of sleep but
also shares her tips to get a better night's sleep, such as
removing technology from the bedroom and letting your shut eye come
first. Arianna says we need sleep to boost our creativity in a
world where machines can do most of the jobs that we once did. Her
