Flower experts have revealed the next new superfood trend and it could be sitting in your garden. Fuchsias are known for their pink and red teardrop flowers, but did you know they also produce berries packed with Vitamin C and antioxidants?


There has been a big increase in the number of recommended superfoods, but which ones will help you to sleep?

Foods that aid sleep are chicken, cheese, tofu, tuna, eggs, nuts and seeds. Our sleep expert, Dr Nerina said, A glass of milk before bed is also a great way to induce sleep".
