Our mattress courier offers a mattress removal service for £30. This must be pre-booked, with the old mattress ready for collection on the same day as delivery.

All mattresses are made to order and we aim to deliver within 14 days of receiving your order. However, our just sleep range is delivered within 48 hours (Monday-Friday, orders placed after 5pm on Thursday will be delivered the following week)
We accept returns in the following situations: You've received the wrong or faulty product and contacted us within 14 days. To return your product, please call our customer service team on: 0333 123 0892 to let us know you want to return your mattress.
Our comfort exchange gives you 60 nights to get really comfortable before making a decision. If you're still not loving your new mattress within 60 nights from delivery, you can exchange it for another mattress. It's as simple as that.
