  2. Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, who must be a genuine customer of Silentnight Group, who purchased their product through the website. Order details will be checked and verified.
  3. Promotional period: The competition will run monthly, from the first to last day of each month.
  4. Entry Instructions: To enter, customers must leave a review on Trustpilot for in accordance with Trustpilot’s review guidelines. All reviews regardless of rating and review content and score will be entered in the monthly draw.
  5. Only one entry per person, per order will be accepted in each promotional period.
  6. Winner selection: The winner will be selected at random, at the start of following month of the promotion period.
  7. Winner notification: The winner will be contacted directly to arrange delivery of the prize. The winner will be notified by email or telephone number related to the order, within 14 days of the closing date of the competition. It is the promoters right to confirm the winners identity, if required.
  8. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the winner’s entitlement to the prize, and will re-draw the competition.
  9. It is the responsibility of the entrant to keep their details with Silentnight up to date, in order for us to contact the winner. We cannot be held responsible for winners failing to keep information up to date which may affect prize acceptance or prize delivery.
  10. The promoter’s decision is final and binding.

  14. If necessary, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, should this be necessary due to circumstances outside of the promoter’s control.
  15. The promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing its obligation in relation to this competition, if circumstances beyond our control prevents the promoter from complying with these terms & conditions.
  16. The promoter accepts no responsibility for situations outside of our control that may result in lost, delayed, damaged or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes. Nor will the promoter be responsible for any non-inclusion of entries as result of a systems issue.
  17. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement where there are grounds to believe that the terms and conditions outlined in the above have been breached.
  18. The promoter has the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.

60 night comfort exchange

Our comfort exchange gives you 60 nights to get really comfortable before making a decision. If you're still not loving your new mattress within 60 nights from delivery, you can exchange it for another mattress. It's as simple as that.

Here's how it works:

  1. Pick your new mattress on the official Silentnight website
  2. Sleep on it for at least 28 nights as it can take a little time to adjust to a new mattress
  3. If you're not happy after the initial 28 nights you can exchange it for a new mattress, as long as you claim within 60 nights of delivery
