If a material fault develops within 28 days of purchase, please return to the place of purchase, with proof of purchase, for a replacement.
This guarantee is only valid if the product has been used for domestic use only in accordance with the instructions provided.
The faulty product will be repaired/replaced and returned within 28 working days.
Standard Delivery, up to 28 days. Your products will be delivered via a standard carrier service to your door and arrive separately from other items.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 7pm. If there is no one to accept delivery a card will be left to allow delivery to be re-arranged. These items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of order receipt.
If your bedding arrives faulty or unused please contact us immediately and if the damage has been caused in transit we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If you purchased from our website, please contact us and we will send you a link to complete a returns form with our delivery partner, Hermes. You will have the option for your item to be picked up from your house or to drop off at your nearest ParcelShop.
If you purchased your item from a different website or retailer, then please contact them to discuss the returning of your item.

Our comfort exchange gives you 60 nights to get really comfortable before making a decision. If you're still not loving your new mattress within 60 nights from delivery, you can exchange it for another mattress. It's as simple as that.
Here's how it works:
Pick your new mattress on the official Silentnight website
Sleep on it for at least 28 nights as it can take a little time to adjust to a new mattress
If you're not happy after the initial 28 nights you can exchange it for a new mattress, as long as you claim within 60 nights of delivery
