Arranging delivery

Within 48 hours of placing your order, a member of our delivery team will be in touch to arrange a delivery date that suits you. Around 2-3 days before delivery date, our courier will call or text you to arrange a 3-hour delivery window so you know when to expect your product to arrive.

Our service

Our guaranteed two-man delivery service includes a number of benefits:

  • Set-up of the product in the room of your choice
  • Removal and takeaway of all packaging
  • Optional removal and disposal of your old bed or mattress

Delivery Time Frames

On average, our products are usually delivered within 7-14 days of purchase.

We deliver most items Monday-Friday between 9am and 6pm.

Delivery Zones

At Silentnight we accept orders from most areas of England, Scotland and Wales.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently accept delivery orders from the following areas:

  • Shetlands (ZE) - All areas
  • Isle of Wight
  • Channel Island
  • Scilly Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Northern Ireland

We also have restricted delivery in the following areas:

  • Perthshire - (PH) - Areas other than PH1, PH2, PH3, PH4, PH5, PH12, PH13, PH14.
  • Inverness-shire - (IV) - Areas other than IV, IV2, IV30, IV31, IV32, IV36, IV12.
  • Kirkwall - (KW) - All areas.

Changing your delivery date

If you need to change your delivery date after purchase but before you've confirmed a time with our courier, please contact our customer Services department on 01282 850000 quoting your reference number.

Your courier will usually call or text you two days before your delivery date to confirm a 3-hour window for your product's arrival. If you need to change this delivery window at short notice, or you are worried you may have missed your delivery, please contact the courier directly on the number provided.

If products are being delivered directly from the store of purchase, please contact the retailer regarding any delivery enquiries.
