We launched the Silentnight Sleep Clinic to help people across the UK get a great night's sleep.
We were inundated with people applying to take part in the clinic. Our participants have now been chosen to follow their own individual four-week sleep plan developed by our resident therapist, Dr Nerina Ramlakhan.
