I bought my Silentnight 2 years ago this month paid nearly £500 and it is the worst thing I have ever bought. The floor is probably better it has got springs popping out which have marked my legs and belly. Honestly what a waste of money biggest rip off worst night sleep ever. Response: Please refer to the five year guarantee supplied with your bed. If the problem has been caused by faulty material or poor workmanship, then during the second year, we promise to repair or replace (at our discretion) any part, or all of the product that is defective free of charge, but there will be a contribution to transport costs payable.

This is our first divan style of bed in superkingsize, we purchased it from `fitzgeralds bedcentre in Stamford and have spent our first night in it. A blissful sleep and the service provided from purchase to delivery and unpacking in situe was excellent.
