Ordered from Paul Simon and came within 2 weeks, delivery time window was a bit long between 11:30 and 20:30 to have to stay in for.
Bed came unassembled and we had to put it together (wheels etc) and dispose of packaging - not aware of this-could cause trouble for less abled. Very very comfortable bed from first night, often back needs time to adjust but not with this one, mattress sumptous - recommended

Our daughter was sleeping on a lumpy bed and didn’t like to say because she thought we couldn’t afford a new one. Instead of her changing the bed one day I did it and couldn’t believe the state it was in. After purchasing this mattress I put it on unbeknown to her. She actually cried she was so comfortable and had the best nights sleep for ages. The mattress is really firm and I would recommend it to anyone

We chose this mattress as my husband and I have back problems. The mattress is firm but very comfortable with the added bonus of being a "no turn" mattress. Anyone with back problems will appreciate the value of this feature.

The miracoil mattresses are so amazing we bought a new one when our old one reached the end of its life. No rolling into one another, no soggy places, and a cool, comfortable upholstery makes for a really great night's sleep. The latest anti-allergy material is great if you are an asthma or eczema sufferer - bye-bye dustmites... it's a "jewel" of a buy (sorry, couldn't resist)!

We purchased our silentnight Renaissance mattress as our old mattress was beginning to become uncomfortable . When it was delivered I was really looking forward to sleeping on it, what a let down that was. This has to be the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on and I had the worst nights sleep ever, every movement of my wife transferred across and I had the worst backache and stuff shoulders ever.
Don't know what the answer is, spend more money and get another mattress from s different manufacturer I guess, it certainly won't be silentnight next time though !

This is the third silent night mattress we have purchased in the last 18 months. We purchased a single and double mattress and were very pleased with the handling of the sale. The mattresses were delivered well within the number of weeks given for delivery. Communication from Silent Night was friendly and informative. The mattresses were packaged well and delivered at the time stated. The mattresses were taken to the correct rooms and positioned as requested. The driver was very obliging and friendly - if only other companies were as accommodating and pleasant!!! When the 3rd mattress was delivered earlier this week the service was exactly the same quality and justified our reason for purchasing a Silent Night product again. We would recommend the service and quality of the product. The mattress was comfortable and a sturdy mattress which if it is the same as the other two mattresses purchased recently it will be a durable product in years to come.

A really comfortable bed. So relaxing, so nice but -and here is where I won't win the prize - if only the finished quality was as good as the comfort. On a £1000 bed I don't expect loose threads in the the matress or large moulding flashes on the bed legs.

I have just received my new mattress after patiently waiting over a month for it to arrive. This is the best mattress that I have ever had and the only problem that I have is for the fact that I am now struggling to get out of bed because it is extremely comfortable. The delivery and packaging was excellent and the information left with bed was informative and professional. Without even laying on the bed, I can see the quality of the craftsmanship of the mattress and how Silentnight are clearly the pioneers of the world of beds and mattresses. I will recommend any one that is buying a mattress to purchase a Silentnight one as I am ultimately more than satisfied with my purchase. My new double mattress is wonderful, its like sleeping on air, the 'no turn' is very useful as i would not be able to lift it on my own. The delivery was as i was told it would be and the value for money was incredible as i got a £300 mattress for £145. I've never had such a good nights sleep, in fact i have trouble getting out of bed in the morning now! I'm so pleased with my purchase i would have no trouble in recommending it to anyone who will listen

Bought a pair of Visitor mattresses to replace the worn-out mattresses on a pull-out guest bed. The pine frame of the bed was otherwise fine.
Chose Silentnight ones, as most other guest bed mattresses weren't the right size.
So far, everyone that has slept on them has said how comfortable they are, so I think it's money well spent.

I recently purchased 3 Jewel mattresses one single, one double, one kingsize even though they are all the same named matress Jewel I could not believe how comfortable and what a great night sleep my husband and I got on the first night so I decided to be like Goldielocks in the story and try out all three mattress and they are all an absolute dream to sleep in so thank you Silentnight. Even my dog Elvis finds them better as he stretches right out now in total comfort.

This Mattress was recommended to us over memory foam mattresses as I suffer from a bad back.
Since having the mattress my back is now worse and I can hardly get out of bed in the morning.
I would not recommend this mattress for anyone suffering from a bad back.
Do not listen to the salesperson, take advice from your doctor or physiotherapist.

Just took delivery of a kingsize miracoil 3 jewel mattress. We had our old mattress for over 8 yrs and it was a cheapish one, but i still remember the first day we got in that, it was great, but this one is so much better! Comfortable doesn't even come close, and you can feel the top cover of the mattress through the sheet and it has made the sheet feel like egyptian cotton. All i can say is 'goodnight' coz thats where I want to be, and its only lunchtime!

I thought i would write a review on the most comfortable matress in the world. I have a lower back condition meaning that the matress quality and support it give is vitally important to me. Recently my back had been very bad i was unable to move in the morning so long story short time for a new matress and bed. We found this materess and with the reviews and specification it seemed to be perfect. Well all i can say is i am so happy with this matress. I've just spent the last week on the most comfortable mattress, I had a complete splurge and bought the PZ Vitality Indulgent Mattress from Paul Simon. The instore customer service was excellent, delivery time was 3weeks and the lads that delivered the mattress were great. And the mattress is heaven, soft like a cloud when you get in it, but at the same time firm and support giving a great nights sleep.
