Avoid used mattresses for the best rest

Avoid used mattresses for the best rest When it's time to replace your mattress, you should avoid buying a second-hand model at all costs.

One of the main problems with used mattresses is that you can never be sure how old they are or how well they've been treated.

They could have been subject to a bed bug invasion or be full of dust mites - both things that will greatly impact your quality of sleep.

Whether an open coil or memory foam mattress, the problem with second-hand models is that they will have moulded to the shape of the previous user.

As a result, you're unlikely to be able to get the support your body needs, potentially leaving you to wake up with all manner of aches and pains.

When you buy a brand new mattress, you can not only be sure that it will be best suited to your individual requirements, but also that it will last for years to come.
