App helps improve kids'' bedtime habits

Encouraging kids to go to bed can be one of the most difficult times of day, but help is at hand in the form of a new app.
Bo's Bedtime Story is designed for youngsters between the ages of two and six, and is a fun and educational story about going to bed.
It aims to create positive bedtime habits in children, as well as encouraging parents to do the same.
The app has been put together by Esther Naalden, who has so far received positive feedback for her efforts.
"Children will learn in a playful way to put Bo the Giraffe in bed by helping him … clean up his toys, get undressed before taking a bath, wash his hair, brush his teeth and read his bedtime story," she explained.
Ms Naalden explained that a lot of effort has been put into the music and game aspects of the story to ensure kids are fully engaged.
