Address tog rating for a great night''s rest

Knowing which tog rating to go for when purchasing a duvet could help people rest better in their beds at night.
A large number of people (41 per cent) wake up at least once a week because they feel too hot, while 23 per cent admit to being overly cold, the Fine Bedding Company found.
It seems that the bedtime troubles do not stop there, as almost three-quarters of people revealed that their partner had taken more than their fair share of the duvet.
Kristian Johnson, marketing manager of The Fine Bedding Company, commented: "Duvets are available in different measures of warmth, or 'tog'.
"Ranging from 3.0 to 13.5 tog, the higher the tog rating the warmer the duvet."
He added that a simple change of duvet could be all people need to improve their quality of rest and wake up feeling more refreshed in the morning.
