Michael Jackson''s bed to go under the hammer
10/11/2011
Fans of Michael Jackson who want a unique piece of memorabilia from the star will soon be able to bid on his bed.
The queen-sized bed is just one of many items from his Los Angeles mansion that will be going on sale at Julien's Auctions.
Potential buyers will be able to see the bed and a range of other items at Julien's Auctions gallery in Beverly Hills from December 12th onwards.
Among the other belongings on sale is artwork by the likes of Maurice Utrillo, Ludolf Bakhuysen and Abraham Hulk.
Reporters were given a tour of the property - which is also up for sale - shortly after Michael Jackson's personal doctor Conrad Murray was convicted for involuntary manslaughter.
He will be sentenced for his crime on November 29th and could face up to four years in jail. He has already been stripped of his licence to practise medicine.
