Personal sleep data enhanced by LARK
01/11/2011
Sleep monitoring equipment from LARK is now more advanced as the company unveils a series of improvements to its products.
It has enhanced the sleep data made available to customers, therefore enabling them to improve the quality time they spend in their bed over time.
Among the changes is that sleep data can now be compared on a weekly basis against general health standards, which access to feedback on performance can easily be accessed.
Furthermore, customers can assess how well they have rested over certain periods of time, as well as being able to look at sleep tips tailored to their requirements.
Words of encouragement will also be offered to help people improve their sleep behaviour.
LARK sleep coach Cheri Mah commented: "The first step in addressing any problem is understanding it, so incorporating additional data elements into LARK so people can see how they are sleeping and note their progress over time is key."
