Head outdoors to improve shut-eye, kids told

Dozing off in children's beds could be made easier if kids are encouraged to play outdoors more often, a report has found.
Too many children spend time indoors, the National Wildlife Federation (NWF) warned, meaning they are constantly stimulated by television and other electronic devices.
Heading outdoors offers a natural stimulation for sleep, as outdoor scenes will make it easier to doze off, the report claimed.
Kevin Coyle, NWF vice-president of education and training, said: "While there is no single solution to childhood sleep deprivation, part of having a child who is well rested involves trading some 'screen time' for 'green time'."
The group suggested a range of ways to get youngsters interested in being outdoors, such as by encouraging a walk to school or suggesting they help out in the garden.
Scheduling weekend outings is also a good idea, which may involve walks or trips to the park, the NWF added.
