Children''s bedrooms can be conducive to learning

Parents can create a number of areas around their children's bed to help them realise the importance of learning, one article has said.
By making a space both educational and creative, youngsters are going to be more inclined to engage, explained the Victoria Advocate.
"Too few children's bedrooms have a dedicated study space that encourages learning," it explained, emphasising that any desk needs to be big enough to allow a book to be opened and papers to be spread out.
Computers may be best placed elsewhere, as they will make children think that they can play games rather than study, the article recommended.
Other accessories to have around the bed include maps, globes and schedules, as these will also help stimulate the mind, it added.
It was recently revealed by the BBC that children in Scotland are to receive sleep classes as part of the national curriculum.
