Modern mattress shoppers ''faced with many choices''

Mattress shoppers will find there are so many options to choose from in the present day, one article has highlighted.
With everything from memory foam to pocket sprung mattresses, there is sure to be something to suit every taste and budget, yourhome.ca explained.
James MacFarlane, professor of paediatrics and psychiatry at the University of Toronto, told the website that people's ability to sleep is often affected by who they share a bed with.
"Ideally, we would all be better sleeping alone. You'd be better off in your own room, in your own bed," he continued.
Ultimately, the type of mattress chosen needs to suit an individual's sleeping style, with those who rest on their side needing one that will allow their shoulders to sink in, while offering waist support, the article added.
In a recent article for the Daily Mail, sleep expert Dr Neil Stanley advised couples who find each other's sleeping habits annoying to consider purchasing separate mattresses.
