Take action against bed bugs, travellers told

Holidaymakers can take precautions to make sure they do not bring more than a souvenir back from their break, one company has explained.
Using a luggage liner can help reduce the presence of bed bugs, noted MidMos Solutions, as they will not be able to cling on to items quite so easily.
Another option is to ensure suitcases are left away from the bedroom after returning home, which will make sure any bugs that have been transported cannot make it on to the bed.
It is always worthwhile to monitor a bed bug situation for a few days following a holiday, the firm said, as this will help give people the peace of mind they need to rest easy.
In a recent interview with the Vancouver Sun, sleep doctor Adam Moscovitch explained that people who struggle to sleep need to identify what the problem is in order to move forward.
