Groundhog Day could be beneficial at bedtime

Lessons can be learnt from the hit movie Groundhog Day on how to have a great night's sleep, one website has revealed.
Routines have a really important role to play in everyday lives, said Dan Schecter creator of sleep tips website SleepBetter.org, which is also true when it comes to resting.
He explained: "As bedtime approaches, wrap-up the day's chores with some simple tasks, such as ironing a shirt for the next day.
"Don't launch any tasks that involve strenuous physical effort or heavy mental activity."
The expert also pointed out that going to bed at the same time every night and getting up at the same time in the morning - even at weekends - can prove beneficial.
Caring.com recently suggested that eating cherries can be a good way of improving sleep quality.
