Sleeping in separate beds ''must be a mutual decision''

Opting to sleeping in separate beds is something that couples need to agree on between themselves, the Jamaica Observer has suggested.
Although sleeping apart may have its advantages, it must be a mutual decision to avoid conflict in the future, the article recommended.
"You now have to look at what is the state of mind that one has towards the other that causes them to want to be apart," commented certified family life counsellor Anthony Gordon.
He advised that there may be underlying relationship problems between those who want to sleep in separate beds, which really need to be discussed before a firm decision is made.
Mr Gordon recommended that couples assess the health of their partnership and move forward as necessary.
One India recently advised excessive snorers to get their condition checked out by a medical professional to ensure it is not linked to anything more sinister.
