A few too many may impact on bed time

Having a few too many over the festive period is likely to have a knock-on effect to how much time people spend in their double beds, CNN has claimed.
It explained that alcohol is effectively a sedative, but people wrongly believe it will give them a harmless helping hand when they need to doze off.
"Alcohol can cause maintenance insomnia, that is, the inability to maintain sleep for the desired seven to eight hours that most people need," the piece noted.
It emphasised that although a stiff drink may help with initiation insomnia - otherwise known as the inability to fall asleep - but it is unlikely to benefit anyone beyond that.
A piece for the Jamaican Gleaner recently explained that people who fail to get enough sleep will find it all the more difficult to lose weight, mainly as their bodies will crave sugary and fatty foods.
