Asthma sufferers need to make right bed choices

A variety of products can be bought for a bed to alleviate certain health problems, including asthma.
Anyone with breathing problems will find there are a number of items on the market, noted Jessica Alexander from the Sleep Council.
She highlighted that some of these conditions are catered for by buying special mattress covers, while other manufacturers will use products that incorporate special treatments.
People with back complaints will also find bed suppliers cater to their needs, Ms Alexander highlighted.
She continued "An adjustable bed might deal quite well for people with limited mobility, helping them get out of bed, or for those who might want to sleep upright or with legs in a raised position."
Madison News recently said that one of the most crucial things for a baby is giving them a safe environment to sleep in, such as by providing a firm mattress and soft bed linen.
