Try out beds to find the best one

Finding the right bed is not going to be possible unless a person has tried out a number of different models, the Sleep Council's Jessica Alexander has said.
The first thing to consider is what is wrong with the existing mattress, she explained, as this will help consumers eliminate the features they do not want from their new bed.
"Is what you've got too hard, too soft, too lumpy? Have you slept on a bed anywhere that you've really liked? Have you got any idea what bed that was?" Ms Alexander questioned.
She urged people to take the same approach to buying beds as they would to shoes, as something both comfortable and supported is necessary to do the job well.
The Stir blog recently explained that bunk beds are the ideal solution for a children's bedroom, especially where space is at a premium.
