Eco-friendly mattresses ''grow in popularity''

It would appear that people's environmental conscience is now impacting on their bed-buying habits, one website has suggested.
Green alternatives to beds and mattresses are being sought, Daily Camera revealed, which is a trend that has grown over the past year in particular.
Consumers still have some way to go when it comes to realising where their bedroom products come from, but people are starting to come round, the piece noted.
Bed shops are starting to recognise the demand for such products, it commented, with more eco-friendly items now available for people to purchase.
It was recently recommended by the Seattle Times that bedrooms should be rid of any clutter, which may lead to a rise in the popularity of storage beds.
The article indicated that bedrooms are becoming multi-purpose spaces, as people eat, work, sleep and even exercise in the space.
