High quality mattresses ''the only option''
01/10/2010
There is simply no substitute for a good quality mattress when renovating a bedroom, it has been suggested.
Poor mattresses will impact on both sleep and health, Bay Area interior designer Lisa Staprans noted.
She told McRoskey.com that there are several steps people need to take to ensure their bedroom is a place of calm, which will make it conducive to the best sleep.
For example, removing clutter is essential, she explained, as is the choice of artwork on the walls.
Ms Staprans continued: "Choose bedroom colours that make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
"Add splashes of colour with a beautiful coverlet or pillows made from an amazing textile."
Marc Atiyolil recently told yourhome.ca that magazines are often the best source of information when it comes to bedroom décor, with people able to cut out and collate any ideas they particularly like the look of.
