''Regularly replace mattresses'' for great sleep
10/09/2010
Regularly replacing a mattress is one of the ways people can ensure they sleep well, wonderwoman.in has claimed.
Individuals are generally told to turn their mattresses every five-to-ten years, but the only way they can be sure they have adequate support is by making frequent replacements.
It recommended that people seek to purchase a new mattress around every five to seven years in order to ensure they are getting the maximum benefit from their bed.
"Change the side and direction of the mattress every three months clockwise or anti-clockwise so that it doesn't form a depression and give you a backache," noted Adds Swati Sharma, ex-housekeeping expert at a hotel in Delhi.
A piece for patriotledger.com recently explained that high coil-count mattresses are often the most comfortable, which is something people need to bear in mind when making a purchase.
