Dual adjustable beds - the answer to couples'' sleep woes?
31/08/2010
With an increasing number of couples opting to sleep separately, dual adjustable beds could be the answer for many people.
This is according to an article for wlbt.com, which emphasised that this could be the solution for many partners sleeping in different bedrooms.
Dr David Luterman, medical director at Baylor's Sleep Center, explained: "The husband will snore very loudly and the wife will ask him to go get it fixed.
"Finally the wife says, 'I can't take this anymore.' she's not sleeping."
A two-mattress approach can ensure one partner is able to sleep in a different position to the other, therefore making them less prone to snoring, the article said.
Sleep is an important part of anyone's life, so making changes that are conducive to better rest are important, it added.
The Las Vegas Review Journal recently revealed that a great deal of thought needs to be put into buying a new bed, not least because a person spends so much of their time on it.
