Memory foam bedding could be the answer to reducing the effects of allergies at bed time, it has been suggested.
Mattress covers, for example, can help those who suffer from hypersensitivity as they contain chemical substances, a piece for Lon's Article Directory said.
There are other benefits to memory foam mattress covers, the article stressed, not least for the health benefits they bring bronchial asthma sufferers.
"They'll protect against dust mites, pet hair, stains and spills and will additionally boost the lifespan of the bedding," it continued.
In many cases, this can be an effective means of extending the lifespan of a mattress without having to purchase a new one straight away.
This follows advice recently issued to students, who were told to buy mattress covers in order to make their university beds feel much cleaner.
They will also help keep bed bugs and dust mites to a minimum, the article in the Battle Creek Enquirer said.
