11/08/2010
Purchasing a new mattress could be the answer to many men''s sleep worries, it has been suggested.
An article for mensfitness.com emphasised that too many people lose sleep due to their partner tossing and turning too frequently.
As a result, the website advised that buying a mattress is a worthwhile purchase, particularly as statistics show that around three hours of sleep is lost per week by 47 per cent of people all because of their partners habits.
"Your bed should be big and stable enough so that her movements don''t disrupt your side of the bed," the piece stated.
Other recommendations for improving sleep included reducing the number of naps taken throughout the day.
Recent figures from Tempur-Pedic show that pillows and mattresses are still core purchases for UK consumers, even in light of the recession.
Among the most popular products over recent years has been memory foam mattresses, the statistics revealed.
