Guarantee ''vital'' for new mattress

People buying a new mattress should always look for suppliers that offer a money-back guarantee, it has been claimed.
Mattresses are too important a purchased to be left with no option to get your money back if the product is not perfect, according to Dr Kevin Wong.
Writing in to your Health magazine, he claims that picking the right mattress is vital to ensuring a good night''s sleep.
He also pointed out that mattresses do not last forever and should be replaced regularly in order to preserve comfort and prevent poor sleep.
His comments come after the benefits of purchasing new bed wear, such as memory foam mattress, were highlighted by the news that a Milwaukee woman was left covered in bites after the second-hand mattress she received was infested with bed bugs.
Dr Wong added that older mattresses are generally "tattered, torn, excessively stained and/or otherwise unappealing to sleep on".
