Memory foam mattresses ''sell like hot cakes''
12/07/2010
Many consumers are now realising the merits of memory foam mattresses, it has been suggested.
An article for lonad.com reveals that they are "selling like hot cakes", with many other memory foam products also proving popular.
"Sleeping on a regular spring bed will cause an increase in the amount of force on specific areas such as the shoulders and hips," it continued.
The piece stated that memory foam mattresses can help evenly distribute the weight of a person while they sleep, therefore minimising discomfort and hopefully leading to a better night''s sleep.
People who are unsure whether to invest in a memory foam mattress should perhaps consider buying a topper first to see how they get on with it, the article added.
Earlier this month, lonad.com revealed that people need to select the best mattress to suit their individual needs and sleeping styles.
