Glasgow pillow ? the answer to tent sleep troubles?
09/07/2010
Anyone going camping this summer can make an innovative pillow to help them get a better night''s sleep, it has been suggested.
Andrew Gilchrist, in an article for the Guardian, highlighted that campers often struggle to find a portable head support, so alternatives are needed.
This is where the Glasgow pillow comes in, which is made from the inside plastic pouch of a wine box once its contents have been consumed.
All the camper has to do is remove the stopper, blow into the bag to inflate it and then close the stopper again, Mr Gilchrist explained, thus creating a great makeshift pillow.
For those who plan to stay inside this summer, a recent article on jsonline.com recently offered some tips on how to keep guests happy, which included giving them memory foambed linen.
It also advised homeowners to make sure their guests have everything they need to avoid the awkwardness of them having to ask.
